This Privacy Policy explains how Script Zone (the "app"), an Android app published by Mmdeveloperyt, collects, uses and shares information. Package name: com.scriptzone.mobile.

1. Summary

- Your scripts are stored on your device and, only if you choose, in your own Google Drive.

- We do not run servers that store your scripts or personal data.

- When you sign in with Google, we use your Google account name and email address only to sign you in and label your backups.

- We do not sell your data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.

2. Information the app uses

a) Information stored on your device

Scripts, notes, imported files, settings and preferences are stored in the app's local storage on your device.

b) Google account information (only if you sign in)

When you sign in with Google, the app receives your Google account name, email address and profile picture URL. We use this to show your name in the app and to label your backup folder.

c) Google Drive files (only if you turn on backup)

With your permission, the app uses the Google Drive scope drive.file. The app can create and access only files and folders it creates itself. It creates a folder named "Script Zone" and saves copies of your scripts there as files. It cannot read, change or delete any other files in your Drive.

d) Advertising and analytics

The app shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use a device advertising ID to show relevant ads. The app also uses Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics to find crashes and understand usage. This data is anonymous.

3. How we use information

- To let you write, edit, import and export scripts on your device.

- To sign you in with Google and back up and restore your scripts to your own Drive.

- To show ads and fix crashes.

4. Google user data: our commitments

Script Zone's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

- We use Google user data only to provide the features described above.

- We do not transfer Google user data to anyone except as needed to provide the app, or as required by law.

- We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it unless you give consent, it is needed for security, or it is required by law.

- We do not sell Google user data.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. Information is shared only with:

- Google (sign-in, Drive, AdMob, Firebase), under Google's own privacy policies.

- Law enforcement, if legally required.

6. Data retention and deletion

- Data on your device stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app.

- Files in your Drive stay there until you delete them. Uninstalling the app does not delete them.

- You can remove the app's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

- You can sign out and disconnect in Settings > Disconnect Google Drive. This removes the app's sign-in but does not delete your Drive files.

- To request deletion of any data we hold, email us at the address below.

7. Your choices

- You can use the app without signing in or backing up.

- You can opt out of personalised ads in your device's ad settings.

8. Children

Script Zone is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
