This Privacy Policy describes how Trixel Puzzle ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
Trixel Puzzle does not require an account, login, or sign-up. Your game progress, coins, and settings are saved locally on your own device only and are never uploaded to us or any server we control. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information directly.
2. Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device, as described below:
- Google AdMob – shows ads in the App and may collect advertising identifiers, device information, and approximate location to deliver and measure ads.
- Unity Ads – used as an additional ad partner through Google AdMob's mediation, and may similarly collect advertising identifiers and device information.
- Google Firebase Analytics – collects anonymous app usage statistics (such as screens viewed and features used) to help us understand how the App is used.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics – collects crash reports and basic device diagnostics to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

3. Advertising & Consent
Where required by law (such as in the EU/UK), the App shows a consent form before loading personalized ads, allowing you to choose whether ads are personalized. You can change your ad personalization settings at any time through your device's Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
4. In-App Purchases
If and when in-app purchases are enabled, they are processed entirely through Google Play's billing system. We do not see or store your payment card or billing details — Google handles all payment information according to its own privacy policy.
5. Children's Privacy
Trixel Puzzle is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of information collected about you by our third-party service providers. Since we do not hold personal data on our own servers, such requests should generally be directed to the relevant third-party service (Google, Unity) using the links above, or you may contact us and we will assist where we can.
